Join us for a ROUND DANCE and RALLY in D.C. to stop TransCanada’s fossil fuel & Wall Street billionaires during the Nebraska Keystone XL hearings!

TransCanada — the company behind Keystone XL — also seeks to build a pipeline under the Potomac River, threatening the drinking water for 6 million DMV area residents. The company's effort to use eminent domain for private gain threatens the homes of farmers and residents along the route of both pipelines. TransCanada and its big bank funders like Wells Fargo stand to profit from hurting communities, violating human rights, and polluting our air and water.

In solidarity with communities fighting Keystone XL, D.C. Indigenous leaders, residents, and young people will oppose TransCanada at their doorstep in the District to:

* SUPPORT Nebraskans fighting to stop Keystone XL;
* Call on the D.C. Council to STOP the Potomac Pipeline that threatens DC’s drinking water; and
* Call on D.C. to DIVEST from major TransCanada funders such as Wells Fargo.

United, we can defeat TransCanada’s fossil fuel billionaires and win a future with clean water, clean energy, and just investments for all!

Speakers TBD.
