On the 9th February there will be a public hearing in Lancashire to see if the government should uphold or reject Lancashire county councils decision to reject plans to frack Lancashire. There will be a speaker from friends of the earth (Asad Rehman), county councillors, Steven Holgate as well as residents from Preston New Road and Roseacre - the two areas that are likely to be affected.
