Croydon Greenpeace are going to Sainsburys Purley Way on Saturday 19th to continue the shoppers revolt to End Ocean Plastics. Sainsburys are currently one of the worst offenders of Single-use plastics in packaging our foods.
We plan to interact with Sainsbury's customers to give back some of their unwanted plastic and to write messages to Sainsbury.
But we can change this. The tide is on the turn and with your help we can get Sainsbury shoppers to voice their concerns to the supermarket giant. So come along and help out on Saturday where you'll find it's actually quite easy to interact with other unhappy shoppers.
Also in the mean time, if you shop at Sainsbury yourself can you save up your Sainsbury single-use plastic and bring it along on Saturday or if you cannot make that to the next meeting on Tuesday 5th February at the Oval Tavern 7pm.
Please enrole for this event so I know how many of you to expect.
As always you can contact me on 07970556767
See you there if you can make it.
