The lovely people at the Broadway have agreed to Nottingham Greenpeace having a stall in the foyer of the cinema as they launch Al Gore's film An Inconvenient Sequel with a live satellite conversation with the man himself before the film show. Gore's original film, An Inconvenient Truth brought climate change to the mainstream and the heart of popular culture and his new film shows us on the brink of an energy revolution. This revolution will mean we don't need to drill recklessly for oil in pristine environments, risking pollution and damage to the environment. It is the message we should be sending to BP. Back off the Amazon Reef.
The event starts at 7,15 with the satellite link at 7.30pm and the film starting at 8.10pm. We advise getting your ticket in advance
