Friends of the Earth are having an International Day of Climate Action on Saturday

14th October so BFOE will be having a stall outside Birmingham Cathedral from

10am till 1pm

As they've recently launched a clean air campaign, the theme is air pollution.

They've made a banner that reads ‘go renewable, keep our air clean’ and will

be asking the public to sign the banner and/or write a message to show their support

for cleaner air and more renewable energy in Birmingham.

As the day is all about power and solidarity they have invited us and a few other local envrionmental groups along to join them. It’s going to be a relaxed event so if anyone from Greenpeace fancies popping over either to sign the banner or to hang out with us for a bit, they would love to see us . They will be having a group photo with the banner at around 12pm.    All details are on the Facebook event:   https://www.facebook.com/events/1916709641902463/?acontext=%7B%22action_history%22%3A%22[%7B%5C%22surface%5C%22%3A%5C%22page%5C%22%2C%5C%22mechanism%5C%22%3A%5C%22page_upcoming_events_card%5C%22%2C%5C%22extra_data%5C%22%3A[]%7D]%22%2C%22has_source%22%3Atrue%7D     Hope to see you there!
