Join us on 17th.November as part of the Global Day of Action to protect forests from the Palm Oil industry.

In August Greenpeace released an excellent video called Rang-tan voiced by Emma Thompson, which has been a focus for Greenpeace speaker events in schools up and down the country.  Greenpeace International stepped up the campaign by going after Wilmar - the world's largest palm oil trader. A new report has been released exposing Wilmar (and others) who are still supplying the world's biggest brands with palm oil grown on de-forested land.

We will be getting together upstairs at RISC 35-39 London Street Reading RG1 4PS at 10.45. Meeting in the upstairs foyer , via the rear entrance, accessible via the side alley or rear carpark. Then spend approximately 2 hours campaigning in town.

Look forward to seeing you there
