Online Training for Volunteers

Online Training for Volunteers

With thousands of volunteers based all over the country, we wanted to find a way to pass on lots of useful information! The Outreach Team have taken lots of training modules which the team have delivered at Skillshares and Conferences into an online programme. The idea being that anyone who wants to develop skills and learning more about campaigning and Greenpeace can do so wherever they live and whenever suits them best.

This training does not, in any way, replace the face-to-face training we will deliver this year, but we hope that it helps lots of you out there, who want to get involved, but want a little bit more info. That why or first module is

This module outlines some handy tips on how to increase your confidence and start talking and making change in your local community.

Local Media training

Getting promotion for your local campaigning activities is as important as the activity itself. Learn how to write press releases and engage with local journalists to ensure you get great coverage and amplify your campaigning.
