Greenspeaking at Whitehall Primary School

I was at Whitehall Primary School on Friday talking to three year 2 classes.  They have been looking at the topic of 'Our World' and reading 'Dear Greenpeace' all about Emily and the whale in her garden pond.  I put together a talk aimed at 6/7 year olds which covered climate change, pollution (using plastics as the example) and endangered species (using bycatch as the example) and of course I had help from SpongeBob Squarepants.  They were enthusiastic and well informed - I'm always impressed when they identify a picture of a tuna that's not in a tin!  I thoughly enjoyed the morning and I think they did too.
